Shipping Policy

If your item is in stock, we will aim to dispatch your silly items within 5 business days of your order.

If the item has been pre ordered, it can take up to 8 weeks for the product to be ready to ship. I’m working on procuring my own small kiln so the turn around should reduce soon, but ceramics is a slow art form! 
 

For international customers, unless otherwise stated, you will be required to cover any additional taxes and tariffs associated with your delivery when it arrives into your country. I’m unable to calculate these in advance but do contact me in if you’d like the tariff code of the product you’re buying. Drop me a message if you’d have any issues with the checkout process.

Unfortunately, I’m currently unable to ship to the EU but I am working on this! If you’d like to know when shipping to the EU is available, sign up to the newsletter and I’ll be sending an announcement. Sorry to my European friends! In the mean time, there are freight forwarding companies that provide a UK shipping address that will then forward your items to the EU for a small handling fee.
