Hello - as we're just getting started, our terms and conditions are pretty basic.

If you're subscribed to our e-newsletter you can, of course, opt out at any time. Just let us know through unsubscribing on the email, or popping us a message direct.
All of our products are made by yours truly - the silliest of boys - so we want to make sure you're getting the best possible experience and joy from our ceramics and delightful cards. We don't want you to feel catfished. And on that note....
Returns & Refunds
We want everything to arrive to you in tip-top condition, and we really regret it when this doesn't happen, especially when we've taken such care to wrap your goods as thickly as a pass-the-parcel present at a primary school party.
If there's anything wrong with your order, we want to hear about it asap - if you've ordered incorrectly, we also want to know about this, so we can help! Let us know within 14 days, and we'll be happy to investigate and offer a credit note or full refund.
Simply pop over an email to us, via the contact form, headed returns, and let us know the date you ordered, the item, and your reference number if you've got this.
